01. Introduction & Definitions

j9ya is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. In this document, "Platform" refers to the j9ya website, mobile version, and all related services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on or is browsing this platform.

Platform: All web services, apps, and digital channels of j9ya.
Account: A user's registered personal profile.
Balance: The total amount of funds held in an account.
Bonus Balance: Additional funds received through promotions or bonuses.
Wagering: The requirement to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.
Turnover: The total amount wagered over a given period.

02. Eligibility & Account Registration

Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and play on the j9ya platform (for ages 21 and above only). By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. If it is later established that an account belongs to a minor, it will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.

Registration Eligibility

You must be a real, natural person — not a corporate entity or automated system.
All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
Each individual may open only one account.
Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method are prohibited.
You must use the platform of your own free will and for entertainment purposes.

Identity Verification (KYC)

j9ya may request identity verification from a user at any time. This may include copies of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

03. Account Management & Security

The security of your j9ya account is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited.

Inactive Accounts

04. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the j9ya platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Using a third-party account or a payment method registered in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.

Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
Deposits will be credited directly to your account balance.
No additional charges are applied at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal Conditions

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
Unusual or suspicious transactions may require additional verification.

Important: The minimum amounts for deposits and withdrawals are ৳500 and ৳800 respectively. Withdrawal processing time is generally 10–45 minutes.

05. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

j9ya offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Or, if you deposit ৳12,000, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
Bonus balance and real balance are tracked separately.
Withdrawing the bonus before the wagering requirement is met is not possible.
Certain games may or may not contribute toward fulfilling the wagering requirement — see the promotions page for details.
j9ya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all related accounts being closed.

VIP Program

j9ya's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — ranging from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% at Diamond. VIP benefits and terms are subject to change.

06. Gameplay & Betting Rules

j9ya offers slots, live casino, sports betting (cricket, basketball, football, kabaddi, and various other events), and many more games. All games are operated under fair play principles.

General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the support team will make the final determination.
j9ya reserves the right to correct any incorrect quotations or erroneous odds.

Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various sporting events in the sports betting section. j9ya's decision is final in any dispute relating to a market. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the refund policy for that bet will apply.

Technical Errors

Results produced due to a technical fault in the software or server will not be considered valid. In such situations, j9ya reserves the right to review the relevant transactions.

07. Responsible Gaming

08. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j9ya platform and will result in immediate account closure:

Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Using a third-party payment method or account.

Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Attempting to hack, defraud, or engage in any other form of technical manipulation.
Playing on behalf of other members or within their accounts.
Exploiting software or technical vulnerabilities.
Falsely representing yourself as an employee, partner, or representative of the platform.
Assisting or encouraging minors to use the platform.

If any of these prohibited activities occur, j9ya may close the account without notice, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

j9ya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

If an account is closed due to prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Errors in authorized third-party services.
Account information being exposed due to user negligence.
